ZEUS® – time recording

The automated time recording system from IVS – Zeit + Sicherheit allows more efficient use of working hours. The ZEUS® software reliably synchronises time recording and time processing. The data are also automatically transferred to payroll accounting and integrated. All information is therefore always up-to-date and can be accessed at any time by management and employees in a variety of ways. Online terminals, PC clients, web and e-mail are available. This significantly reduces the time required for monitoring activities, payroll accounting and the organisation of working time. This makes more time available for other corporate processes.

ZEUS® – access control

With the ZEUS® access control system, individual access rights can be created and flexibly managed for employees, visitors or external companies. These access rights can be changed at any time and stored in the electronic locking plan. This allows you to react flexibly to any changes and ensures security. Quick and simple administration allows you to assign detailed user privileges for different buildings and parts of buildings. You can also define who is granted access rights to which functions and information.

The system supports all conventional, tried and tested identification procedures such as freely designable company passes, transponders in keyring format or biometric recognition. In addition, access can also be granted subject to entry of a personal PIN. This prevents anyone who finds a pass gaining unauthorised access.

The access controller controls and transmits any alarm events that occur. Your security and building management team are notified immediately via text message in the event of emergency opening, sabotage, if a door is open or a panic PIN is entered. This allows them to react quickly in an emergency. The detailed view of the locking plan shows the validity period of the access rights; all deviations from the locking plan for each day are displayed clearly and in an accordance with audit requirements.

The system provides secure access to company facilities, personnel-specific access and access rights, smooth operation on business premises and efficient utilisation of car parks and multi-storey car parks. A wide variety of configuration options and a comprehensive range of accessories ensure that you will find the right solution for all your business security requirements.
