Monitoring the process data within the production process

This module allows convenient management of the tolerance limits and limit values for the setup and production parameters. Both capture and monitoring of the process data are performed automatically. Once the limit values have been defined manually based on the corresponding tolerances, these values are monitored continuously. If one of the defined limits is violated, it is possible to display a visualisation showing the course of the process. This allows the identification and subsequent analysis of outliers.

Permanent monitoring of the processes contributes to the establishment of secure processes and thus to the generation of reliable lead times for production jobs. 100% inspection and seamless documentation are possible for safety-relevant articles.
